Team news for Saturday's League One clash between Huddersfield and Brentford at the Galpharm Stadium (kick-off 5.20pm).

Huddersfield manager Lee Clark has plenty of options for the evening kick-off.

Clark has no new injury or suspension problems, while midfielder Oscar Gobern is expected to be back in contention after being forced out of last week's win over Oldham due to concussion.

Gobern, who suffered double vision and was replaced by Anton Robinson, returned to full training in midweek and has been given the all-clear.

Fellow midfielder Damien Johnson is closing in on his return after sustaining a hamstring injury in the home defeat to Bournemouth in mid-December, but may have to wait until next week.

Defender Calum Woods (ankle) is in a similar position, while midfielder Scott Arfield is a fortnight away after turning his ankle in training.

Goalkeeper Alex Smithies is making steady progress following summer knee surgery.

Brentford goalkeeper Richard Lee is fit for the clash.

The Bees' number one was ruled out of last weekend's visit of Walsall due to a stomach injury with youngster Simon Moore deputising.

Moore kept a clean sheet in the goalless draw but Lee will be expected to return at the Galpharm.

Elsewhere, defender Karleigh Osborne is closing in on a return from a dead leg but will not be ready for this weekend.

Skipper Kevin O'Connor is also on the mend after two months out with a foot injury and the midfielder has been pencilled in for a return to training within a fortnight.

Boss Uwe Rosler hoped to sign Peterborough striker David Ball on loan this week but the move has fallen through.
