Team news for Saturday's League One clash between MK Dons and Carlisle at stadium:mk.

Charlie MacDonald and Gary MacKenzie are the Dons' only concerns ahead of the clash.

Striker MacDonald was absent with a knee injury as the Dons claimed a replay with QPR in the FA Cup third round following their 1-1 draw at stadium:mk.

MacKenzie was forced off at half-time in that game due to a hip complaint and both he and MacDonald will have late fitness tests.

Mathias Doumbe came on at centre-half after the interval last week and the Frenchman will be hoping for another chance to shine if MacKenzie is ruled out.

Dons boss Karl Robinson received a boost by avoiding a touchline ban after an altercation with referee Carl Berry during his side's 1-0 win over Colchester on January 2.

Meanwhile, Carlisle are expected to be unchanged for the clash.

Manager Greg Abbott has no new injury or suspension problems as his sixth-placed side take on the Dons, who are one place better off.

Midfielder Chris Chantler completed a permanent move to the club from Manchester City last week in time to make his league debut as a second-half substitute against Leyton Orient and is pushing for his first start.

Winger Andy Welsh was an unused substitute in last week's 4-1 home win after a three-month lay-off due to a calf injury and is also hoping to feature.

Defender Stephen O'Halloran (knee) and strikers Rory Loy (broken leg) and Craig Curran (knee) remain sidelined while Francois Zoko, who has scored six goals in his last six matches, is likely to resume up front alongside Lee Miller.
